Architecture & tech decisions
I choose the stack and design how the pieces fit, then own the outcome. Selecting the right model, data layer, and integration boundaries — not just implementing a spec someone else wrote.
Plan, then agents
I analyze the task, write a plan, and load it with the real context. Implementation starts only after that plan is agreed. Agents are the execution layer; I review the output and apply targeted fixes. I stay responsible for correctness and architecture — faster delivery without handing the system to a prompt.
Cost & performance optimization
Two sides: in the code — structure, caching, debounce, not overbuilding; in usage — tokens, cheap-model routing, expensive model once per session. Making AI features viable in production, not just impressive in a demo.
Full lifecycle & support
I don’t hand off at launch. Shipped and support HelpGenie on both stores — onboarding, monitoring, fixes, ongoing ownership. Testing and support sit here, not only “I shipped UI”.
